Personalization Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that all personalization details provided (such as dog name, phone number, initials, and size) are correct before placing an order.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Orders

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
An order is only confirmed once payment has been processed.

As most Dawg products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Care
Gold, enamel, and acrylic components are designed for everyday use but may show signs of wear over time.
Acrylic elements are more delicate and may scratch or break if exposed to impact.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
