As all Dawg items are made to order and engraved specifically for your pet, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.

Please make sure all details (name, phone number, initials) are correct before placing your order.

If we make a mistake

If there is an error on our part (e.g. incorrect engraving or wrong item sent), we will happily replace your order at no additional cost.

Non-personalized items

We accept returns of non-personalized items (such as blank ID tags)  within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
