Shipping

We want you to receive your order fast and stress-free. That's why we don't use standard mail. All our shipments are registered, with means:

• Your get a registration/tracking  number sent to your e-mail;
• Your package is handled with care and requires a signature upon delivery;
• Your order never gets lost in the mail.

Our standard processing time for orders is 2-5 business days.

Once the order is processed, you can expect delivery in 3-5 business days, in Portugal.

International orders may take 14 or more business days to reach their destination.

These are the indicative delivery times. For international destinations, they do not include customs clearance time, if necessary.
