How long does production take?

All Dawg tags are made to order and require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

How much is shipping?

Portugal: €3.99 (registered mail)
International: €8.00 

What should I write in the personalization fields?

Please enter your dog’s name exactly as you want it engraved, along with the phone number.

For initials, simply use one letter (e.g. K for Kim).

Are the tags durable?

Gold tags are durable but may develop small scratches over time with use.
Acrylic charms are more delicate and may scratch or break if impacted.

Can I return my order?

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production error on our side.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 10 days in unused condition.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to selected countries worldwide.
Shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

As production starts quickly, changes are only possible shortly after ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible.
